About Windstorm Services
Windstorm Services LLC is an independent studio based in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, making our own apps and games. Right now it's one developer.
What we make
Couchpilot is a free Android remote for Android TV and Google TV, built because phone remotes shouldn't come with ads, subscriptions or tracking.
Whirled: Second Wind is a fan-made revival of the classic Whirled virtual world, built because the original meant enough to bring back.
How we work
Everything here is self-funded and built in the open. We'd rather ship something small that treats people well than something big that doesn't: no dark patterns, nothing collected that an app doesn't need, and accessibility designed in from the start.
We're not a work-for-hire studio, and Whirled: Second Wind is not affiliated with Three Rings Design or Grey Havens.
